Welcome to the 2018 Annual Park Hill Garden Walk!

Sunday, June 24th,  9am-3pm,

Park Hill Neighborhood, Denver, Colorado

One Day.  Ten Gardens.  Endless Inspiration.

The 2018 Park Hill Garden Walk promises to be a day full of surprises, creativity, inspiration and pure enjoyment.  For the past 18 years, the Park Hill community has opened their hearts and their gardens for all to enjoy.  Come explore these unique outdoor spaces, meet the gardeners and tap into some ideas for your own garden creations.

As you stroll through the gardens you will get a sense of the personality and interests of the homeowners.  You will experience “urban farms” complete with chickens, bee hives, veggies and herbs as well as areas to entertain or just relax.

As water becomes more and more precious, xeric-style yard designs are becoming more popular.  These earth-friendly designs are a must see.  Pergolas, dining areas and outdoor kitchens are just a few more examples of the design elements you will get to explore.

Volunteers:  If you would like to participate as a volunteer in the 2018 Park Hill Garden Walk, please contact Kate Blanas at klblanas@gmail.com.  Additional information regarding volunteer participation available here.

Sponsorship:  There are three levels of sponsorship available.  Information about each level is detailed below.  Deadline for Sponsorship Reservations is May 1, 2018.  If you are interested in sponsoring the Park Hill Garden Walk, please contact Allison Nuanes at Allison@allisonlovesdenver.com.

Gardeners Wanted:  We are currently seeking gardeners for the 2019 Park Hill Garden Walk.  We would like to secure as many gardens for next year now, so we can take pictures of your gardens while they are in full bloom.

We know there are a lot of incredible gardens throughout Park Hill. Is one of these a friend or neighbor of yours?  Or, maybe it’s your own yard.  If so, the Park Hill Garden Walk committee would like to hear from you.  We have all the gardens we need for the 2018 Garden Walk, but it’s never to early to start recruiting for next year.  Please look around and nominate your friends, neighbors or yourself to participate.  Once nominated a member of the Garden Walk committee will visit with the homeowner and go over the details of the event. It is a great way to meet neighbors, make new friends and show off your hard work and spectacular spaces.  If you are interested or would like to nominate a garden, please contact Carla at carla.j.finch@gmail.com or Patty at prmead416@gmail.com

Our unofficial Sister-City in Park Hills, Kentucky is also holding their Garden Walk the same weekend. Click here to go to their page.
